Why it Matters Who Makes Your Flags

February 2012 | Tidbits

I am very particular not just the type of flags I use, but also by whom they are made. Obviously I have a love for the silks the Father births through me, but it occurred to me I might share why it matters who makes the flags you use.

February 2012 | In Action (Demos)

Just so you could have a quick place to understand the difference between the most popular types of flags we offer, I put together a quick video comparing quill flags, quill wings, swing flags and voi. » more »

45″ Round Quills vs. Quill Wings

February 2012 | In Action (Demos)

I thought it might be helpful for you to see the difference between the 45″ Round Quill Flags and the 2 sizes of Quill Wings.  Since they all have the beautiful rounded edges, you may be wondering how different they are – this gives you the 411 ;) » more »

How-To Pick YOUR Quill

February 2012 | How-To

In case you hadn’t noticed, I am in love with quills!  I still love my swing flags, simple flags and voi too; but quills have become a bit of an addiction. You see of all the flags Dyed4you carries, quills are the easiest to pick up and use if you have never flagged before, but they also are wonderful if you’re very skilled with them. (View a quick comparison of our most popular flags) » more »

Layered Quills (45″ and 35″ Petites)

February 2012 | In Action (Demos)

Beckoned Quill Wings

February 2012 | In Action (Demos)

I know I still haven’t officially announced the new quill wings, but couldn’t resist giving you a second sneak peek this time at the full-sized Quill Wing.  These silks are made from the 5mm china silk semicircles, but unlike the traditional dowel wings, this is a quill wing, which means the flexible rod (aka quill) is encased in a grosgrain ribbon long part of one side. » more »

Altered Quill Wing

January 2012 | In Action (Demos)

I know I haven’t officially announced the new quill wings, but couldn’t resist giving you a peek at the one that’s stolen my heart – the Altered Quill Wing.  These silks are an altered version of the 5mm china silk semicircles, but unlike the traditional dowel wings, this is a quill wing, which means the flexible rod (aka quill) is encased in a grosgrain ribbon long part of one side. » more »

Introducing Mini Quill Flags

January 2012 | In Action

I’m excited to introduce a new quill product affectionately named Mini Quill Flags. These flags are approximately 21″x21″ with a firmer quill (to help prevent breakage).  These flags are great for younger children. Isaiah in this video is 14 months and he LOVES silk and thoroughly enjoyed getting to have a pair of his own to use that were his size! » more »

Layered Quill Flags

January 2012 | In Action (Demos)

One of the fun things about quills is they are so light they can be layered!  In this video I am using a pair of 45″ quill flags with a pair of 45″ round quill flags. It’s a fun effect. You can see points where I slip my finger in between the two so you can see there’s two flags and other points where I grip them together. It gives a very full appearance. » more »

Warrior Princess 35″ Quill Flags

January 2012 | In Action (Demos)

This is a pair of 35″ Quill Flags called Warrior Princess (which you’ve seen before a few times: confirming her call, a blessing in a time of need, and the Holy Ghost party). They came out beautifully in a flag design (if I do say so myself!) :) » more »

Soaring in His Righteousness 45″ Round Quills

January 2012 | In Action (Demos)

You all may remember seeing Amanda E with a pair of Soaring in His Righteousness wings, well this is the same style only in the 45″ Round Quill Flags. Each flag is a quarter of a circle rather than the wing’s half circle in each one, but the rounded edge still gives that beautiful movement and these are so easy to use! » more »

Whole Swing Flag Pair

January 2012 | In Action (Demos)

This pair of swing flags is called Whole. They move my heart and spirit in a way that I don’t think I can begin to express! They are going to someone who is interceding for something on the Father’s heart… can we agree with their prayers in the spirit? » more »

Clothed with Passion swing flags

January 2012 | In Action (Demos)

This fun pair of swing flags look so cool in motion! They remind me of a ladies fan that is opened :)

It’s just a short video since my arms were tired from shooting the voi video – LOL! The music is Shane & Shane’s Worthy of Affection. Enjoy :) » more »

Another Pair of Already Paid Voi

January 2012 | In Action (Demos)

You may be wondering why I’m posting another video of a 35×84 voi pair called Already Paid.  The first video had the weights on the orange side which made the blue dominant when spinning. This one has blue weights so you’ll notice the orange is more dominant. I just thought it was fun for you to see how much of a difference it makes :) » more »

Stirring Up the Gift

January 2012 | In Action (Demos), Testimonials

A fun testimonial about some swing flags (and a demo of them from when Allissa was here). This came from a man who was given a pair of swing flags as a gift from someone who was specifically prompted by the Father. I’ve removed the name of the gift giver for anonymity. Enjoy! » more »
