I never tire of hearing how the Lord uses silk to bring confirmation!
As you know, I ordered a scarf for my mom. I didn’t get to give it to her until last week. I had read your letter first and then see the scarf. She liked both and actually wore the scarf that night to her granddaughter’s, my niece’s, graduation from 8th to high school.
My mom is very biased against many colors, basically if it is not pink or mauve, it is only sometimes tolerable, and more often, not. So I was surprised she said she liked the scarf and wore it, since it is not pink.
My daughter-in-law and I both agreed with her that the word given was very accurate.
The big revelation came to my Mom last night. She found a prophesy she had been given in 1985 (5 pages long), and as she read it to me today, we both saw how your word was a summation of that word. She really likes her gift now and has broadened her color palette ever so slightly. ha ha
Thank you for allowing the Lord to use you to be a blessing, confirm a long ago word, and help my Mom broaden her color horizons. 🙂 Multiplied blessings to Meghan!

I love your open and transparent spirit! That confirmation is sooo God! He always does something to confirm His word through two or more and it doesn’t ever come from where you are expecting it to come from! The different color and the word confirming the longer word is just like He is…full spectrum and to the point! 😉 Nice post! I hope we win!

What an amazing god we have! He has been pulling some things together for me that started over 10 years ago. Time is nothing to Him! Yehovah is so AWESOME!
Hahaha…broadened her color pallette 😉 My mom had a similar experience with one here scarves. 2 5years between the time of the first prophecy and now. Reminds me of Abraham getting the promise of Isaac and receiving him 25 years later. Keep the faith, mom!! 😉
Love the scarf, it is beautiful. I also love the fact that God will broaden more than our palettes if we will allow Him to. His desire is for US. May His blessings just over take you Meghan as you allow Him to continue to move through you.
God is so good. I love him dearly. My mom ordered my scarf for me for christmas. I keep it in my pillow. Every since then I either have peaceful rest or dreams. Megan girl. I love the testimony of God’s faithfulness. In the past few weeks I have had an increasing sensing of renewal or shall I say a blossoming/manifestation of old words, promises, callings, etc coming about. I believe and have heard testified recently that many things are coming into the NOW. Recently a friend was given a baby (like the Isaac comment above – they were waiting for their promise), I had a re-confirming of a word given to me this weekend, and have seen God bring forth promised miracles of healing. He is faithful to do what He said He will do – continue to press onward, open your spiritual eyes and begin to look for things that you have been waiting for – ask God to bring to mind those things that were spoken, because again, I believe it is coming into the NOW! Receive your promise!
Cool story- i just love how God works! So awesome that you follow the leading of the Holy Spirit to have just the right word to help some one remember the promises of God! 😀
Brings to mind a scripture that God seared into my heart several years ago… “For the vision is yet for the appointed time; It hastens toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries, wait for it; For it will certainly come, it will not delay.” Hab 2:3. At first I did not understand why it did not “hasten”, then I realized HIS time and mine is so different. He wanted me to understand, fight for but most of all have faith so see it come to pass in my life. What a beautiful reminder this scarf must be to not only seek Him for the promise of that long ago prophecy but that sometimes for those prophecy’s to come to pass in our life’s it requires change and broadening our “pallet”!
What an incredible thing to treasure a word from the Lord for so long! He never forgets His word!!!! Bless you and your mom as you walk with Jesus
