This was a dream from a couple nights I forgot to post. I only remember it vaguely, but God gave Allen the interpretation and it feels related to Dyed4you so I wanted to document it. If you get more on the interpretation feel free to comment!
I was part of a school and we were working on getting accredited. I was interacting with the accrediting woman and was the sole contact. Didn’t seem to be going well at first but as I explained things (including my own credentials) it got better.
Then suddenly I’m on the phone with the woman instead of in person and in walks a woman who seemed to be in charge but didn’t know what was going on at first. She was not happy and voicing it loudly – for a moment I was concerned because I had the accrediting woman on the phone in my hand and was worried she’d hear something I didn’t want her to – but I quickly dismissed the thought because I realized I had nothing to hide.
I answered the accusations of the woman in charge who was apologetic and embarrassed when she realized the accrediting woman was on the phone.
The accrediting woman was so impressed with my grace in handling it she granted accreditation.
In the next scene I’m the front part of the school. It’s like a storefront area and lots of people. I feel intimidated but I walk over near two black girls and their faces light up when they see me and they exclaim “Mom!”
I’m like what?? And they were like “Don’t you remember…? Not our real mom…”
Then I woke up!
Allen’s Interpretation
The person in authority represents people who I view as leadership or look to for approval – may not understand or get it, but the accrediting woman (Holy Spirit) has granted authority. When leadership “gets” that the HS has granted authority they will not contradict it.
It puts me on display. There’s transparency. He has me spiritually mothering many – even unexpected ones or ones I don’t realize. The people are there seeking and I’m offering what they’re seeking.
Beautiful!!! I love all the rich symbolism of the school, phone, and accreditation. Wonderful how the LORD gave your husband the interpretation; working in tandem. Awesome!!! The only thing that came to me was when I read about the two black girls… I sensed the words “Promises Assured.” I think this is actually a scarf on your website but not sure what the message is… I wonder if the girls were literally African American or simply seemed dark representing blackness in need of the Light (I’ve had that happen in dream). I wonder if they represent those children awaiting the promises of the LORD to set them free and it will be outside of your D4Y storefront, which will go to the ends of the earth
Isaiah 61:1. Wonder of there are people reminding God of His promises and causing Him to “remember.” Waiting for a reassuring word. Just some thoughts:) Abrazos

In agreement with the above interpretations. I just wanted to add that before I came to visit you, I had my pastor anoint and pray over me. One of the things he said was that he saw me in a classroom. I fell out in the Spirit, and when I “came to” the Lord said “School is starting. Class is in session. Take notes. Study. Be prepared. It’s time”. I’m prayerfully submitting I believe this means I’m one of your “kids”. 🙂
@Melijen – I talked with Allen a bit about the possibilities but I do believe they were actually black women in the dream. What was really highlighted to me on it is primarily that they were different than me – so not someone I might immediately think of as my off spring. But I do wonder about the promises assured part you mentioned… hmmmm! Great questions – and EXACTLY how to do dream interpretation – “why this and not that”
The verse in Acts messes me up in a good way because of the 2s!!! God always uses 2s with me to show authority, so it TOTALLY is awesome that’s the only place it’s used 🙂 God is SO cool!

It’s a great dream and as you had this some months ago it seems that part of it has now come to pass ~ the accreded part for sure.
I believe it speaks of your ‘promotion’ ~ at first you were getting into the school, then you were standing IN FRONT of the school and there were a lot of people there (increase).
I believe the dream says that your training, talents and giftings got you to a point but it is the CHARACTER & intgregrity that you walk in that actually brought the promotion. God is Way more interested in charactrer than giftings. That’s the same thing Allen said in a different way.
What caught my attention the most was the two black girls. While I agree that black can mean blackness in need of light there is a wealth of additional meanings to black and in my spirit I feel they apply here.
Black can also mean presence of God and essence of God. The color of the pupil is black ~ the part of the eye that SEES. Black can indicate hovering, brooding under His Shadow (Gen. 1:2-3). Black indicates calling, yearning, waiting (the two girs were waiting for you). God puts deep treasures and mysteries in dark places.
So ~ I believe these two black girls are a type and picture of heavily anointed, deep treasures of God who are waiting for the part of the Fathers heart that you have been chosen to represent. They are women (people) of a higher calling. Your ministry births them. The meaning attached to the Number 2 bears this out as well.
SO ~ the conclusion of the matter is pretty heady but solid ~ Father is sending the spiritual creme of the crop your way ~ His hidden treasures ~ They may be ‘young’ indicating vitality but they are gifted and operating in their seer calling. Your ministry births them to new levels I take it to mean ~ they have been waiting for you ~ they ‘know’ you because we are called to know as we are known ~ deep calls to deep.

@Roslyn – Ahhhh this makes my insides all crazy. I love it. Totally bears witness with me! It aligns with stuff He and I have been talking about, specifically the women He brings to me. Wow. Yeah this is a now word, I love that in Aug He knew He’d encourage me in Feb through this interpretation. He is so good!
