Greeting ladies! My first request today is for Caleb Brundidge who as you know from previous posts consigns my silk when he travels. Yesterday I got comments on 3 of the videos I have posted of him on YouTube and found more comments on some of his videos he had posted as well. I reported these and deleted them but I wanted you to get a feel for the flavor of the hate in them. Below is one of the ones that had less profanity, I apologize for the graphic nature:
You sick evil bastard. May you rot in hell for the evil against gay people you have created. May you be reborn as a gay man in Uganda and serve your entire life in a prison, you stinking rotten freak.
The short version of what the commenter is talking about is that Caleb was part of a team that went to Uganda to talk about homosexuality. Caleb shared his testimony of being set free from it. It’s unclear what happened from there but there was talk that the Ugandan government was killing homosexuals to keep homosexuality from spreading. The gay community blamed the team that Caleb was part of. Obviously that does NOT reflect Caleb’s heart, but the gay community HATES him as a result. If you google his name it’s shocking the amount of hateful things that are easily found.
All that to say would you join me in covering our brother in prayer?
Father God, I lift my brother Caleb to You. God I pray that You would protect his heart from the hate targeting it. God let Your love for him be so overwhelming the opposition doesn’t even make a dent. I pray protection for Him – may Your blood and Your angels keep him from any harm the enemy would try to bring through this hate fed by him. Lord, bless Caleb for his willingness to share his testimony and bring light and truth. May he receive a multiplied blessing…

JI Conversation
I finally had the conversation with JI about not going into business. He took it well, which I know was a direct result of our prayers – so thank you! I know I haven’t shared the full story on this and I apologize for being vague but I don’t feel released to share fully. My actions said things to him that I’m not sure have registered to him yet – I keep hearing “to him who has ears let him hear” – please pray with me that in God’s timing he’ll “get it”.
Houseguest again
I have another D4Y friend arriving tomorrow. She’s someone whose been connected with D4Y since 2007 and has been a dear friend, intercessor and supporter. This is our first time meeting in person. She’ll be here Thursday through Monday. Prayer bathing the whole visit appreciated 🙂

My Heart breaks at this email. Lord I pray for a covering of your protection around Caleb. Keep him close to your heart Lord. May he be filled with Peace and Joy. Take him to that place of Rest Lord. We give you all the praise and GLory. In Jesus name, Amen
@ Meghan’s prayer: I agree in Jesus’ name. Sweet Caleb. Precious son. May Your love and salvation, Jesus, bathe those professing hate. Your perfect love is so much greater than spued venom. Please forgive them, LORD, for they know not what they do–. Life and death is in the tongue and we profess life and the freedom of knowing You, Abba. We abide in You and ask for waves of perfect love to wash over us and them. We are not called to repay evil with evil but to overcome evil with good. You are good, Holy God. May they be overcome by the Blood of The Lamb Jesus and the word of Caleb’s testimony. Please forgive us, too, LORD for persecuting the lost instead of loving them with the heart of Christ.
Strongly sensed the presence of the LORD as I read about your friend coming this weekend. WOW, Jesus! Whatever is in store is coated in thick oil of our beloved Holy Spirit.

Thank you ladies – I confess I was very startled by the comments. I felt slimed but it just prompted prayer so again, what the enemy meant for harm, God will use for good. 🙂
May the enemy’s arrows bounce off Caleb as off a brick wall. May the arrows fall broken and lifeless to the ground. May the shooters of these arrows receive no satisfaction and reward, but rather a bitter taste in their mouths and an uncomfortable moving in their spirit. Let it bring no pleasure to the attacker that it would cease immediately in Jesus name. That it would not spread and grow but be ineffectual. Lord God, draw especially close to Caleb and assure him of your presence and his position in you is secure. I come against the spirit of doubt and condemnation and usher in a bold assurance and a peace where he can walk boldly into the throne room of his God.
Again, we thank you for the clear skies over Meghan and rejoice that you are the lifter of our countenance. We ask continued closeness as she meets a “new” person and spends time in her company. I ask for your peace and comfort and blessings to be in this meeting. May they feed each other’s spirit man with talks of truth and life. Give Meghan the time she needs to be the best that she can be for you and to your glory. Thank you for her friendship and how she ministers to so many. Allow her to be ministered to also Jesus by your precious touch through someone else. Go God! Do your thing! We love to see you move.
This broke my heart as well. I agree in all the prayers that have been prayed for Caleb. Praise God for the Joy in the morning… no more depression is awesome!!!
I stand in prayer in covering ove the meeting that will be taking place. Lord, release your pressence and your patience. Amen.
Lord you are sovereign in all your ways. I pray for justice and freedom for Caleb. You have set the captive free and who the son sets free is free indeed. I bind the enemy who is the accuser of the brethen. I pray for the blood of Jesus to cover Caleb and pray a hedge of protection around him. Send your waring angels to do battle. Lord wrap your loving arms around Caleb and fill him with your Holy presence. I pray for the men and women who are in bondage to homosexuality or sexual sin. God use his testimony to set the captives free. May each word Caleb speaks come from your heart and bring freedom to those who are lost. I thank you ahead of time for the testimonies that will come forth and bring you glory Lord.
I’m not surprised about Caleb’s situation. The hatred of the world is growing against us. He ABSOLUTELY needs a consistent prayer covering.
