I’m going to make this short because I keep dozing off! Lol 🙂
Got home just a little while ago from our final day at the conference. Today was one of the short days for us… only 12 hrs 😉
I sold one scarf (out of the 40-50 I brought) and one person ordered one (a tallit). Several took cards but that’s it. I’m surprised (and disappointed) but the Lord isn’t shocked. Clearly He had other homes in mind, and I know He’ll provide all we need.
Several dynamics played into sales:
- 50% no show for conference (since it was free we knew there would be some, but not this high!
- location of the marketplace – up 3 flights of stairs (I’m EXHAUSTED from doing them over and over)!
- weather – 98 degrees (and we’re in an old building with poor AC)
- speakers running long and late
- most of this group either doesn’t “get” the prophetic aspect or have been burned in the past from those who were prophetic
I need to get a download from the Lord on how to address the final point – prayer on that appreciated!
All that said, I had a good time really getting to know my new church family – great people! Very excited to be planted there 🙂 And Allen (with me by his side) shared a little of our marriage testimony and 2 woman contacted me on FB to say how encouraged they were, and several others in person. Praise God!
I think I’ve dozed off more than 15 times so…. Zzzzzzzzzzzz

Thank you Father for giving Meghan wisdom and understanding and for you to remove fears and heal woundings from past experiences. Hey Meghan–not that I am saying you are the one to introduce it….but have you ever heard or read any of Graham Cooke’s teachings or books?? I was introduced to his teachings this past fall and I love how he presents things relating to flowing in the prophetic.
