So much to say and not much time to say it so I’m going to attempt to hit a lot briefly – LOL 🙂

First off big praise reports on the Ohio trip. My sleep schedule was fine while I was there, Amanda did an amazing job cleaning and so I was comfortable in her home both scent and allergy wise, and we had a God time.  We already know from FB that some of the prayers seemed to go into action right after I left and I ask for continued prayers for her and her household as well as Donelda and hers. Thank for for being persistent in your prayers!

Team changes

Most of this is old news because of FB, but an official warm welcome to Stephanie!  So excited to have this awesome and passionate woman of God on our team and it’s been fun seeing her jump right in. So glad the Father brought her into our family 🙂

Both Judy S and Angie have stepped down from the team.  There are some shifts that have been taking place for a while now that I am beginning to formalize (more on this later, some is stuff we’ve talked about I’m just documenting it – and please pray for wisdom concerning all these shifts if you would) and Judy and Angie both very much love D4Y, but Father has either shifted their focus or is simply moving them on.  I blessed each as they went and pray a multiplication of all they sowed during their seasons on the team. Both had been here since the beginning and there are only 2 or 3 of those left now!

Fast

So in the last prayer post, Allissa mentioned I was going to be fasting for my health.  At that time I hadn’t decided how much I was going to share with you guys because frankly when it comes to addressing my weight I’ve had a whole LOT of failures and no successes. However, I only need one, so I am rallying my hope and courage and faith and deciding I am going to share the full picture with the team.  DO NOT be in fear for me. I am not in fear. Father is calling me to this and has confirmed through MULTIPLE sources this is what I’m supposed to do and He has also given me a promise (below) that I will be healed.

Let me start by saying a couple years ago I stumbled across a testimony of a woman who had gone from my size to about the size Father’s prophesied I’ll be by juice fasting over a 200+ day period. I considered it, decided I liked eating too much and moved on.

Repeatedly since then He has highlighted testimony after testimony of juice fasting as a method of taking a quick decisive action to adjust body weight, change taste buds, and heal the body. The most recent was this woman’s story, which was a 160 day juice feast as she calls it. Basically Father’s been turning up the volume on what He wants me to do until I can’t pretend I don’t hear it anymore.

So tomorrow (for you 2-loving people, yes the 22 is prophetically selected), I begin a modified juice fast. I say modified because I will also be in-taking Kefir (which Allen is making here at home from raw milk so it’s fresh), and on fruits I’ll be vitamixing them (in other words like pureeing) because they actually are better for you with the fibers. Mom got me a new juicer and has me signed up for a share in a local farm’s produce (which will go from May to Nov). Allen will be working with me on this and helping decide what modifications will need to be made along the way.

The fast had been decided as you know before I went to Ohio. While I was in OH, Father put the final emphasis on why this HAS to be done and why I HAVE to persist. There is a growth in my belly. I’ve actually known something is there that shouldn’t be for about a year, but it’s size and the fact that I wasn’t imagining it didn’t become clear until my first night in Ohio when I slept in a bed for the first time in over 2 months and basically it felt like I had a large grapefruit under the right side of my abdomen when I was laying on my belly.

Please DO NOT be in fear for me. Again, I am not in fear. Father is going to heal me. I already knew He was and then I received the following from Tonia today who knew nothing about it (nor that the fast was starting tomorrow nor what it entailed) and actually thought she was talking about my back and was confused why the light was going in my belly – LOL – great reminder to ALWAYS be obedient to what He says even when you “think” you “know” 😉

So as I was praying for you today I asked the Lord did He have something specific for you. This verse came to mind….

2 Cor 4:17

• (NIV) For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.
• (NLT) For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever!
• (ESV) For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison,
• (NASB) For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison,
• (KJV) For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

So I am in agreement with the Lord that these light momentary troubles and afflictions will produce and achieve in you an eternal glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever.

Lord I thank You for Meghan and for freedom and healing from the past. Thank you for ministering to her inner core, with laser beam accuracy.

What I saw was a light beam shooting into your midsection, and penetrating to your very center or core.

Thank you Lord that Your very breath breathes into Meghan and into her atmosphere….the precious breath of Life, Your life, the more than enough life, the life that is our all in all and that we can breath out to others. Thank you Lord that she will not hold her breath in anxiety, fear or pain, but she will freely breath in Your breath. Freely You have given to her and freely she will receive. Thank you Lord for the aroma of heaven that invades her life…that Your smell will be upon her and in her…..the sweet and satisfying smell of the Lord. Lord I thank you that she will know and perceive You on her path…for increased revelation and understanding…for the BEHOLD moments.

(At this point I stopped and asked the Lord was there anything else. He told me to go pee….I had been holding it for awhile and I wouldn’t even mention it, but the going was to be a prophetic act to eliminate the past, discarding what was not useful anymore, and moving forward refreshed and relieved.) Anyways…moving on….

A month or so ago, Alison Louise (the UK artist) shared (and maybe already shared with you, but since it is coming to mind, going to type it out) how in the midst of intense back pain the Lord told her to pick up her praise flags from Dyed4you. She did and somewhere in the midst of her praising Him, the back pain almost completely disappeared, tiny twinge remained, but she was soon all better. Just wanted to know. And you have been praying and sharing healing with others, so I think the enemy has come to try to stop you. But he is a liar and so this is the month that whatever the enemy says, the opposite will happen (just like with Esther.).

I knew IMMEDIATELY Father was confirming the promise I’d sensed about healing my belly (among other things)!  I also knew the verse referred to the months I will have to lay down food (and frankly some foods that I will be laying down permanently). I loved also that what He has OUTWEIGHS it – LOL – who says He doesn’t have a sense of humor? LOL! And also the peeing, because on liquids you KNOW I’m gonna be doing that a LOT! LOL 🙂

I plan to document the process someplace off the radar that will be ready later when it’s time to share the testimony. Also I have a list of things I am fasting for – all of you are on it 🙂

So specific prayer needs around this fast:

• Strength to do what needs to be done
• Grace for the detox process
• Complete deliverance from anything of the enemy that has been allowed to hang on in my life through this stronghold
• That the stronghold would be broken
• Wisdom to know what to share, with whom, and when
• Ability to continue D4Y during detox
• Decent produce until I get the farm stuff in May
• Breakthrough, breakthrough, BREAKTHROUGH!!!!
• Whatever else He leads you to pray 🙂

Worship

Finally (and yes, so much for brevity as it’s almost an hour later – LOL – I want my last meal!), I want to touch briefly on the topic of worship and praise.  Because this is the heart behind D4Y and you are all a part of D4Y I feel like it is VITAL that we are mindful of where we are giving our praise.

I’m not saying we can’t make reference to the enemy ever, but he is NOT the source behind every difficulty in our lives.  When we say that he is, THEN we open the door for him to move more in our lives. As a worship/praise ministry team who we give our worship to REALLY matters.

I’ve been so proud of both Donelda and Amanda as they’ve been going through these very tough moments because they still trust God and are not exalting the enemy.  Father is moving, we just don’t “get” where He’s going yet. But as a dear friend says – “God is good. He is for me. On this I stand.”

If you haven’t had an opportunity to read the post from my personal blog called Not Speaking on Behalf of other gods (Exodus 23:13), please take a moment and do so.  I think this is something that as a team we all need to be on board with. If we want to see Father move, we need to ONLY exalt Him.

Let’s encourage and exhort each other toward that end. I know I have caught myself glorifying the enemy – so it’s possible for all of us to slip. Let’s help each other correct our way of speaking. Glorifying the enemy and what he is doing and what he is up to is WAY too prevalent in the church. In my opinion it is one of the enemy’s most successful tactics. But not on this team!

United we stand under Abba’s banner of love and only He will we exalt – YHVH Nissi (the LORD our banner/miracle)!!!
