D4Y Prayer Team & Lead

I’ve been trying to gather my thoughts for this post for a while and frankly fasting brain is making it hard so I’m going to do the best I can – bear with me!

Team Stuff

First off, I wanted to give a little more explanation around some of the recent departures to the team. We’ve talked about it, but I just want to really make things clear. When we all agreed Father was saying there wasn’t grace anymore for the team to have unconnected members, that made me realize what  we are asking from team members has shifted. Some naturally made the shift (you guys), but others didn’t. A couple I thought might when it became clear things were shifting and so time was given to see if they’d transition into the new flow, but it became clear they weren’t and I realized it’s because this is no longer where they were supposed to be.

I say all that to say I take the commitment to the team very seriously – both to myself, the ministry, and each of you. I know you guys take that commitment seriously too and I appreciate it! So thank you 🙂

I realized though with the shift, it would be a good idea to update the overview page you all read before agreeing to join the team to have it reflect the current commitment being on this team brings with it. So it has been updated and I would like you all to take time to go read it over because by staying on the team you are agreeing to it.

Basically, we’re renewing our agreements. Please understand I feel like EVERYONE on the team at present is meeting the commitment I’ve laid out. So if you have question or concerns please tell me, but I want to make it clear this isn’t a hint for someone to leave, this is just me level-setting so we’re all on the same page 🙂

I also want to say, I don’t want you praying out of obligation, but rather by His prompting. Sometimes that may be a lot, sometimes a little – whatever HE is leading is fine! I also know there will be moments when things get busy and you need to step back for a bit or Father says to fast FB for a while – all that is FINE. This is addressing the heart issue that everyone who is part of the team is truly connected. In essence we are a family. And like a family there are commitments to one another, which is a responsibility and a blessing. Let’s just say I am GLAD you guys are my family!!! Yay 🙂

Lead Intercessor

There’s also a change that I wanted to share with you guys. As we continue to work on bringing Dyed4you Music into being, Allissa’s time and focus is beginning to shift that direction enough that we are going to begin transitioning her out of the lead intercessor role. She’ll still be on the team, but just not in that role. The Father has had me ask Kim to begin stepping into the lead intercessor role. So for a season Allissa and Kim will be doing it together with the intention that eventually Allissa will move out of it. I know a lot of the lead intercessor functions still occur behind the scenes at present, but that may not always be the case so I wanted to be sure y’all were up to speed 😉

I think that’s it for now. Thank you all so much for supporting me in the fast. The comments on that blog have truly been so encouraging – thank you 🙂 And for those who’ve been too busy PLEASE don’t feel bad – I know it happens sometimes and I know you love me 🙂

  1. I am sorry for the tardiness in reading and replying. I haven’t been busy. I had completely forgotten to check. Sorry :-/

Thank you for the updated agreement list. It helps to understand expectations and whatnot. I “signed” it so you know I’ve read it in its entirety and agree 🙂

Praying for Kim and Allissa as the shift occurs and transition takes place. Smooth sailing as batons are passed 🙂

Praying for you Meghan as well as you run your fasting race with great stamina, steady pace, perseverance, and focus.

  2. I had read it, but then neglected to touch base! Sorry Meghan! Thanks for the reminder Allissa..it seems I have been easily derailed or having technology issues when I have a chance to pop in and comment.

  3. I read it when you posted but wasn’t able to respond at the time. I wanted more time to actually pray before I responded and then things well… I will learn to at least say something and then come back later when I hear more!

Blessings to Allissa as she moves into her new role with D4Y music!

Kim, May Yah bless you as you step into the role of lead intercessor! Many Blessings to you!

Meghan, praying every day for your strength, stamina, clear mind and health.

Love and blessings to all on the team!

    Elaine

  5. Kim I want to specifically thank you for being a support to the ministry and for me during this transition time. Blessings to you!

I am looking forward to the new things that are in store coming up.

Meghan – thank you for the clarification of everything!

  6. Thank you, Allissa for the reminder. I did read when it was up, I also neglected to post. My sincerest apology for being neglectful. I will be more mindful to future postings. :-/
Praying for the transitions that are occurring and the leveling up of the team and it’s members. Also lifting up Meghan as she continues on her journey. It’s an exciting time to be part of this D4y team!!! I love y’all and am anticipating with great hope and joy what is yet to come! 🙂

  7. Realized I did not say, but will now say, I am in agreement with the current team commitments. Thank you Meghan for updating them. 🙂

Funny what the Lord will bring to your mind to do when you just worship Him. And a good reminder to me how important Meghan, Dyed4you and the team are to HIM. Love you all with much love and increasing love as we travel together.
