My apologies it’s taken so long to get an update out to you – with finally be almost 100% ok again all the things that were on hold suddenly required my attention and it’s been a busy week and a half, which has actually resulted in me throat regressing a bit so I have more of a cough and soreness again – but on the whole I’m feeling MUCH better!

Health

The whole not being well thing threw my schedule out of whack again (somehow ending up with 4-5am bed times again because of times of 13 hrs of sleep), but in the last week I’ve managed to largely shift it back. Continued prayers for my health and for me to make forward progress would be appreciated.

Unexpected Guest

I’d planned to ask for prayer for Allen in this update because since he posted his last blog entry there’s been a lot of warfare over him, but we had an event happen this morning that helped us understand some of what God’s been preparing us (especially Allen) for.  His ex-wife brought Marcus (Allen’s 21 year-old son) to live with us for a while. This is in lieu of trying to force him into rehab. We believe it is a God-appointed time. We’d appreciate prayers specifically for:

• breakthrough for Marcus, physically and spiritually
• wisdom and discernment for Allen (and I)
• peace in our home
• peace for his mother and in that household (this season has taken a toll, especially on her marriage)

I cannot begin to express to you the amount of healing this could bring both to my husband and his son for this to be a time of breakthrough and turn-around.  We’re praying for grace and mercy during the detox/withdrawals time. I must say even in the midst of this there is answered prayer – so we’re expectant to see more!

Sales

Sales have definitely started to pick up some and it was just in time!  He’s continued to be faithful to meet every need in His perfect timing and we are grateful. Thank you for your persistent prayers!!! I’m still praying for breakthrough for North Star Books – they have a conference they’ll have a booth at this weekend and I’ve loaded them up with Dyed4you goods and we’re praying for some great sales there 🙂

Personal Breakthrough

I had some personal breakthrough in my God-time. Thanks to ALL the prayers from you guys and thanks to one of you being obedient to share a message that was exactly what I needed to hear.  I’ve felt the acceleration and the sales started breaking through at about the same time which I’m sure is no coincidence. Prayers are appreciated for this place to be maintained and grown so that everything continues to be birthed from here.

Team

Julie B felt the Lord release her from her commitment to the D4Y Prayer Team.  She’s been with us since the beginning and I’m so grateful for all her time and prayers – I’m asking the Father to multiply it back to her 100-fold. As of right now I will leave the team at 11. I’ve had a couple people on my radar as possible additions, but still don’t have a release to move forward on any of them.
