Trust Me and Rest

Last Saturday Meghan posted a request for prayer on Facebook as she worked on her Newsletter.  As I began to pray for her, the following came to mind.  I shared it with her and she has asked me to share it with you.

Sometimes we think that people who are gifted and used by God so much, as you are, are very confident and bold and assured.  But there is a vulnerability in you that still doubts what God can do through you.  Even with all the testimonies, there is always a wondering if you will “get it right”.  And God says to you today, especially regarding your new endeavors; “Do not worry and fret.  I will guide you each step of the way.”

I believe it is important for us to cover Meghan as she is ready to send out her orders that she have perfect peace and total trust in what she has heard and what she has done.  That there would be no fear and no hesitation but total freedom and joy in Christ.

  1. When Donelda first sent this to me it so EXACTLY describes what I deal with I assume I must have told her! But then I realized I hadn’t… which helps me know this is something the Lord is wanting to work on in me. Thank you for your prayers on this!

May Messiah Jesus embrace you with His loving-kindness and uplift you with tender mercies. May The King of Glory call you out to dance with anointed feet that move with precision to the cadence of a resounding beat and with movement as graceful and intentional as an eagle stirring up its nest. Equipping the next generation to love, honor, and call upon the LORD, the Rock.

  3. Amen to both prayers. I’ve been feeling with this that there’s going to be like a breakthrough…like several doors opening almost all at once…for these ministries to flow into stores, into churches, into peoples homes, etc. I really sense that these will be made known far & wide and used all over the earth for these last days. Dyed4you, Dyed4you Art, and Scent of Heaven are going to be even more powerful weapons of warfare, praise & worship, and ministry and used in such unique, powerful dynamic ways I think that the future testimonies to come will be one-hundredfold more powerful then what these ministries are experiencing now. And I in NO WAY am diminishing the power of the current testimonies, please understand my heart. I’m not sure how to express in words what I’m feeling. Perhaps in the way that Jesus said even GREATER things will you do than I on the earth….maybe that is a more fitting way to describe it. We know we are in the last days, but with the acceleration that’s occurring right now, I’m seeing/feeling an acceleration coming in these ministries…like these ministries have been specifically designed and placed for such a time as this to prepare and equip the Body of Christ for what it needs specifically for this time in history. Perhaps right now you’re feeling birthing pains, Meghan? And the worst of labor pains is RIGHT before the baby is pushed out and born. So maybe it’s that part of the season of these ministries where you’re doing those final pushes until the FULL fruition of these ministries is birthed. I hope this makes sense.

  4. @Amanda, it does make sense… I’m certainly eager to see where He’s taking me! LOL 🙂 AMEN to increase and AMEN acceleration, etc etc etc… go God! Thank you for your prayers and insight 🙂

  5. Meghan, feeling that the sending out of product needs to be just as big of an event for you as the dying sessions and the lettering sessions. It is a sending forth session. A blessing upon the word that is sent and the blessing that is sent. You need to prepare as much for this step as you do for the other two steps of your process in ministry. It is like you are christening the ship. Praise and worship and blessing GO FORTH! The word that He gives you to send out on His behalf, will not return void. CELEBRATE!

  6. I’m adding this note for archive-ability since Donelda and I bantered off-line about what God might mean by what she shared above.

    To what she shared above she added, “At some point after the creation process and anointing/lettering process but before the product leaves your hand and starts its journey to the recipient, you are left uncovered and open to attack.”

    After some discussion this is what we decided the Lord was saying through these things:

    I bear witness to what you said in today’s email about there being a moment where I’m open to attack because I’ve felt that. But when I filter that through what you said yesterday I’m to make as “big a deal” as I do for anything else (which is not much since God keeps me out of “works” by forcing me to simply flow in Him – so I read this as “Meghan, don’t get in works over this let Me fight it”), but what He said for me to do is praise and worship. Which aligns with the heaviness thing we’ve been praying which is I need to be more diligent in worship. That’s it. 🙂 So my level of worship is leaving me open – I need to take it up a notch.
