Intercession

Friday I watched a teaching by C. Peter Wagner on intercession. The main thing that stuck with me for Dyed4you was that he highly extorted us to not just pray for the minister but also the spouse, ALWAYS.   Many of his suggested guidelines, Meghan is already doing or has set in place (which I thought was pretty cool).  And he really highlighted how vulnerable you make yourself, as a minister, when you allow folks to intercede for you….because you are saying God has my permission to tell them anything about me.  With that in mind, it made me feel very humbled that Meghan has allowed us into her life.  Meghan may we always walk in love and show you love. So much to say and not much time to say it so I’m going to attempt to hit a lot briefly – LOL 🙂

First off big praise reports on the Ohio trip. My sleep schedule was fine while I was there, Amanda did an amazing job cleaning and so I was comfortable in her home both scent and allergy wise, and we had a God time.  We already know from FB that some of the prayers seemed to go into action right after I left and I ask for continued prayers for her and her household as well as Donelda and hers. Imitation, Sites, a Word and Praise

Gratefully, I am feeling rested up finally! Thank you for your prayers 🙂 Very very appreciated!

I know they say that imitation is the highest form of praise, but I have to be honest (and I believe I’ve shared this before), I STRUGGLE when people decide they’re going to go off and try to do what I do. I don’t know what exactly is attached to it, but it is awkward and sometimes hurts when they come to me all excited and wanting my prayers, blessing and support – in particular when *I* haven’t heard anything from the Father on it. I got 11 hours of sleep last night, but it still wasn’t enough – LOL! I’m still tired and more edgy than normal (I had the urge to punch someone twice today… that’s not normal for me). I have a nice quiet evening tonight and tomorrow, but then not again until Sunday – though I’ve left next week more open than normal. Hopefully I’ll be able to finish recouping 😉

I have some paperwork I skipped the last couple weeks to catch up on and about 2000 more pics to sort through and edit (that’s before I shoot more at our Hanukkah service this weekend!) Visits, Sales, & Team Updates

Since y’all have been praying for me while I have my special houseguests, I thought I’d check in since it’s the midpoint 😉

The time with Allissa went well – definitely was feeling the prayers! Only had one moment where I got totally “overdone” (as I call it) and Allissa was very gracious with my little snappiness. Let me just tell you, for someone who spends a HUGE portion of their time alone, to have someone with you basically every waking moment, be constantly “doing” and to be burning the candle at both ends – it is completely a miracle I did as well as that.
