I apologize it’s taken almost a week to post an update about my call with Anastasia from MFM last week. I can’t tell you how much it’s blessed my heart to feel like things have come unstuck where MorningStar is concerned! I also appreciate the fact that we were able to have some candid, open dialog. My feedback was more than graciously received. Continue reading
Team Members Prayer Burden’s for D4Y
Bringing this interaction Kim started over from Facebook 🙂
Hello sweet ladies! I know we have covered a lot in prayer this week so I wanted to take a moment to do a quick Q&A! I have been praying about ways we can grow together as a team and in our prayers and intercession for D4Y and have come up with some conversation points :). Continue reading
Team & Healing
Just a quick update to let you know Father has asked Christine to step down from both the prayer and prophetic teams. Christine has been a longstanding member and so it’s difficult to see her go, and though I sensed this shift coming – it doesn’t make it easier. Please join me in praying Father multiplies the blessing she’s been to me personally and to the team! Continue reading
Intercession
Friday I watched a teaching by C. Peter Wagner on intercession. The main thing that stuck with me for Dyed4you was that he highly extorted us to not just pray for the minister but also the spouse, ALWAYS. Many of his suggested guidelines, Meghan is already doing or has set in place (which I thought was pretty cool). And he really highlighted how vulnerable you make yourself, as a minister, when you allow folks to intercede for you….because you are saying God has my permission to tell them anything about me. With that in mind, it made me feel very humbled that Meghan has allowed us into her life. Meghan may we always walk in love and show you love. (just makes me cry out of respect for you) Continue reading
Lead, Sacrifice & Unity (One)
First off, let me begin by saying that we’ve successfully transitioned the Lead Intercessor role to Kim, which frees Allissa up to focus on D4Y music (feel free to give prayer to this effort as led). If you haven’t welcomed Kim yet into the role, please help me in doing so 🙂 Continue reading
D4Y Prayer Team & Lead
I’ve been trying to gather my thoughts for this post for a while and frankly fasting brain is making it hard so I’m going to do the best I can – bear with me! Continue reading
Joyful Forward Progress
Keepin’ Movin’ Forward <—click this. It is a link to an mp3 file.
I was playing this specifically for Donelda and Amanda but as I continued to play I realized it was also a corporate word/song.
The sense is that the melody (which is you) keeps going. It sometimes changes slightly, but it always remains steadfast, constant. It knows what it is and where it is going and any additions to the music do not throw it off – in fact, the additions ADD to the melody. It does not take away, it EMBELLISHES. Continue reading
Amanda’s prayer for the team with team comments
Stephanie Carey Ozbirn
What joy for those you choose to bring near,
those who live in your holy courts.
What festivities await us
inside your holy Temple. (Psalm 65:4 NLT) Continue reading
OH Praise, Team, The Fast & Worship
So much to say and not much time to say it so I’m going to attempt to hit a lot briefly – LOL 🙂
First off big praise reports on the Ohio trip. My sleep schedule was fine while I was there, Amanda did an amazing job cleaning and so I was comfortable in her home both scent and allergy wise, and we had a God time. We already know from FB that some of the prayers seemed to go into action right after I left and I ask for continued prayers for her and her household as well as Donelda and hers. Thank for for being persistent in your prayers! Continue reading
D4Y Prayer Covering
During a recent phone call with Meghan, I had a picture/sense that I would like to share. It was of a football team who had all huddled together and figured out which positions each person was going to play. Different plays were scratched out with the x’s and o’s and scrimmage plays were run. Now the team is on the sidelines ready for the game to start. There is excitement in the air and everyone is ready to get in the game! Yay team! Continue reading
