Meghan Williams is the founder of Dyed4you Ministries. With a love for prayer and worship, the Lord led Meghan to begin dyeing her own dance veils, streamers, flags, prayer cloths and scarves in the summer of 2006.
In October of 2006, He gave her the name Dyed4you: the number 4 representing the creative works and the verse 2 Corinthians 5:15 “And He died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for Him who died for them and was raised again.” Intercession and worship are all about living for Him – that’s the heart behind Dyed4you. And thus began this new work…
Using Spirit-led creativity, through promptings and visions Meghan and the Dyed4you team combine colors and patterns on silk using a variety of methods, and the Lord provides the name, color meanings, often coupled with a verse or a deeper meaning (read some of our Silk Words). Each silk is anointed and prayed over in preparation to be a tool for His glory (find out more about the Biblical context). Some of the testimonies of what God has done with these scarves are available in the Scarf Stories, Anecdotes of how God speaks through the silk, and Testimonials – these and more can be found on the Dyed4you Blog including video and pictures of our silk in action by customers and by Dyed4you.
Hundreds of silks later – Dyed4you’s created silks that mean: Fragrant Offering, Healing Flow, Hedged In, Flaming Throne of God, The Violent Take It By Force, Life, Dwelling in His Beauty, Fertile, Wait Upon the Lord, Ascend, Whole Heart, Covered by His Feathers, Prophetic Glory, Wall Builder, In the Charge of Angels, Lord of All, Kiss Me, Peaceful Beauty, Victory, Preparing for the Bridegroom, Jehovah Rohi, and the list goes on. See some examples…
The scarves have now traveled coast-to-coast in the US and to multiple countries on multiple continents… (See where the scarves are…). We have a team of dedicated intercessors and a prophetic team that help birth the words. It’s amazing to see where God is taking this!
In November 2009, God began doing a new thing – He coupled Meghan’s love for photography and digital imaging with scarves resulting in Dyed4you Art prophetic artwork. And in Fall of 2010, Dyed4you Ministries was birthed as the “official” ministry branch of Dyed4you.
In summer of 2013, Larisa joined the Dyed4you team and for several years became the primary person dyeing and interacting with the Dyed4you Community while Meghan was on sabbatical.
In the fall of 2016, Meghan reactivated, and she and Larisa have teamed together to take Dyed4you to the next level.
Dyed4you is supported by a team of intercessors who also help birth the words that touch our recipients along with the guest contributors who share prophetic downloads with us as well.
In fall of 2016 (on the ten year anniversary of Dyed4you’s birth), Dyed4you Readymade was born. It’s an extension of what we already do, but you get to be involved in the process in a more hands on way. We pray about what to create, and you pray about what you’re supposed to get and select it from what is available. We launched a line of Dyed4you Art flags through our Etsy store too. It’s simply another venue for Father to move!
In 2020, we expanded our staff more by contracting Elisa of Living Colors & Expressions. Elisa had been part of the Dyed4you Team since 2017, and part of Dyed4you Leadership since 2018, and (if you’ve received one of our pieces) you may recognize her from her Waiting in the Wings downloads which are scattered throughout many silk and art words (which have blessed many a recipient). She is our resident social media guru and more, and if you contact us through one of the social media platforms, it’s entirely likely she may be the one to respond.
Since we now have more than one staff member, we know there’s been some confusion around the difference between Dyed4you and Dyed4you Ministries. The short answer is simply: who makes your silk. They are one ministry, but because we have more than one person depending on where you order will determine who makes your silk (just as depending on where you contact us will depend on which of us responds). Find out more at our Dyed4you vs. Dyed4you Ministries post.
In fall of 2023, Meghan again released the helm of Dyed4you to Larisa. Meghan still assists behind the scenes and creates in the moments she’s called to, but is grateful to entrust her “baby” into Larisa’s loving (and passionate) hands.

We continue to be overwhelmed at how the Lord has used these tools of worship and intercession to bless others. Her prayer is that you too might be blessed by them. To find out more about Meghan, you can visit her blog or visit her author website (or the official Daily Downloads from Heaven site).
