A neat confirmation from God through TWO D4Y Blog Giveaway scarves ๐
Boy when Father speaks the enemies troops are quick to deploy! If only the collective church were so quick to move, no telling what this Earth would look like. Anyhow, I count myself as one of those who’ve been sluggish in the wake of His revelation. I know the distractions are the strategy to waylay me. I know I’ve told you bits and pieces pertaining to my gifted treasures but even for myself I need to pull it all together.
I was so delighted to receive my first gift of art and without a doubt “saw” it as a call to come up. When I was notified of the “I Thirst” scarf giveaway, I was burdened with the cares of those connected to me. I personally was at a level of peace and security with the Lord but pained at the deception the enemy had enveloped those around me. I also was in bewilderment over “my place” in where I know the Lord had directed me to.
I could not see where I was making any difference to anyone aside from my own home. So my cry was “Lord, I have to have more!” It was such a sweet acknowledgment from Him that He heard me and indeed He has more! It was especially touching to me that it was also a birthday gift. I feel that He was letting me know that His “River of Life” – the oil used- is His gift to me. He also showed me thatย if I humbled myself before Him for others He could use me to bring “life and healing and victory”.
Now, I have never won anything aside from a restaurant gift certificate 20 years ago at a high school reunion! So I was totally shocked at the notification of the “Warrior Princess” gift (blog giveaway).
First off, when I pulled the scarf bag out I thought this doesn’t look like the picture on the web but as I opened it up and took out the scarf, I saw that the scarf was just like the picture. When I pulled it out, it felt very weighty, heavy even and I just knew by Holy Spirit this was my mantle.
Honestly, I had a bit of a hard time with it at first as I don’t see myself as an “intercessor” any more than what any believer is or should be. I had a grandmother who was and she was so disciplined and had such a sweet spirit that in my eyes I don’t even compare.
At the same time, I have had several prophetic words spoken over me that have said it. Crazy enough, I have felt the burden of interceding for others and situations all my life but just didn’t identify it as my calling.
I almost forgot about the little bag that holds the scarf, but a day or two after receiving it, I went to move it from the couch. When I picked it up my thought was “it looks like camouflage” and then I heard “I’ve kept you undercover” and well just now He added – “for such a time as this” Well, I am in a puddle just now!
Now Meghan, there really is lots more to the story but I know you are a busy girl and don’t have time for a book but I will just throw out a few other related tidbits! I am drawn to flagging because of the war symbolism, I love the rousing war like praise songs – I frequently say to my son regarding different songs “It’s good but it doesn’t have that war like driving beat”, Victory Academy is our home school name and our verse is “For every child of God defeats this evil world by trusting Christ to give the victory” I John 5:4, I was asked to be on a prayer team called “the Delta Force” , well I guess that’s enough!
Bless you Meghan – through Dyed4you ministry- I finally see and understand my calling!

Sweet. I so love reading these stories :). How awesome is it that God speaks to all of us right where we need to hear Him the most?! I never ceases to amaze me that God knows each of us individually and has some special for each of us too! What an awesome God we have! He hides us from the emeny (covers, camouflages us) until He is ready for us to step out into our place in the Army of God. What a blessing, thanks for sharing ๐
Beautiful !!! What can I say but God you are amazing !! Meghan God bless you for your anointed hands that pray over and dye these beautiful instruments of prayer and praise and dance and healing scarves. God bless you for your story how encouraging. God is calling out his intersesors and watchman on the walls. God bless you and may God give you an increase of His love and anointing. How awesome you home school. May God bless your children and raise them up to be mighty in the kingdom of God.
What a beautiful story of confirmation. Mighty women of God are rising all over the place. The armies are advancing. The soldiers are getting in formation. The war cry is rising. Can you hear it?
Thank you!!!!! What more to say…..I can hear the sound of marching feet in perfect unison, as the Lord’s anointed women, with eyes heavenward take back every bit of territory the enemy has stolen along with claiming the rightful territory the Lord has promised. Amen!!!
I totally get the camoflauge reference :). When I saw the scarf with the first thing that I thought was, ‘Wow, that looks like camoflauge for royalty!’ Keep praying and rockin’ girl!
I just love how God talks to us!!! Sometimes it takes one thing and then we get in tune to what he is saying or doing.
Believe it or not, just before worship on Friday, when we were asked to pray over people, I was led to say that “a spiritual war is coming!” and then I said “prepare us oh Lord! Armour us up!” This is a confirmation to my words! Guess we all need to gear up then!
What a beautiful testimony!! I can relate to not making the connection between interceding for people and the call to intercession because I felt the same way before. But what a calling it is!!! You truly are a warrior on the spiritual battlefield! And how fun how the Lord confirmed it all with you ๐
I am overwhelmed by this testimony. wow.
What an awesome testimony. I can relate to her. There was a time I was part of the Prayer Band at the church I attended in New York. Several people told me my gift was intercession. One sister used to call me the Weeping Prophet because whenever I prayed tears would flow endlessly. They still do. I shyed away from this gift because I know the responsiblity and the seriousiness of this gift. My grandmother was a powerful intercessor. I came across this testimony by searching the term “intercessor”. I’ve been wondering if I should use my scarf for prayer or worship…I could use them for both. : )
Thank you Meghan and Dyed4u Ministries. Reading the stories and the blogs and videos has helped me to stay focused and it has helped to stir an urgency for God to flow in my life. God bless you.
