International Flag Worship Day

Fun hearing the reports back from July 12th’s International Flag Worship Day!  I got one email from someone who drove around Rosamond, CA with two big purple flags hanging out her window followed by worship in her front yard 🙂 Continue reading International Flag Worship Day

FYI: Swing Flag Edge

Just wanted to give y’all a heads up!  When we order the silk for the swing flags, we don’t know if the yardage will have a woven selvedge or unwoven (those are the sides on the loom while the silk is being made).  On a couple of our recent batches it’s been an unwoven selvedge that include a white thread at the very edge that doesn’t take dye.   Continue reading FYI: Swing Flag Edge

Renewed Fervor for Battle

A lovely story about a 22×72 silk called His Heart in Battle (which you’ve also seen as swing flags). Not sure what it is about having something tangible during intercession (especially something anointed), but I too have found the silks to be a blessing in warfare. Silk Displays

It’s fun to see what people do with their silks – even when they aren’t in use! Seeing a 6×24 tied to a purse has become a common use, or around a stuffed animal, or 35×84s hanging on the wall, or even flags hanging on the wall – the ones you see below are swing flags with Hebrew lettering added.

Romancing and Building Up

You’ve heard fun scarf stories from this precious woman before, and this is another awesome example of how the Father ministered to her through Dyed4you silk… this time two pairs of 35″ petite quills, which you saw me demo a few weeks back. 🙂 Continue reading Romancing and Building Up

Growing Understanding of His Word to Her

This is a neat story that has developed over a period of a year about a silk called Redeemed.  What I share below is her testimony from April 2011 followed by the one she sent today.  Awesome how Father works and I love that this embodies how Dyed4you silks are intended to keep speaking to you as you continue to dig into what Father is sharing through them! Transformed Quills

You have already seen a couple demos of this pair of 45″ round quills called Transformed, but these are in use by the recipient and her friend so I couldn’t resist sharing these as well!

It was fun getting to see Joshua (who we usually see with swing flags) using the quills – his passion is apparent with both 🙂 Continue reading Transformed Quills

God’s Amazing Timing

All scarf stories are fun for me, but it never ceases to amaze me how He works through the Dyed4you Blog Giveaways. This was one of the first giveaways where He told me to find the winner among the previous comments – which makes it extra fun because anytime someone leaves a comment it means they could win at some random future point too!
