Luke 10:19 (ESV) Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.
The Spirit reminds you: The name of Jesus is not just the highest name in heaven — it is the highest name here, now, on the earth where you walk.
Philippians 2:9–11 declares that God has given Jesus the name above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow — in heaven, on earth, and under the earth — and every tongue confess that He is Lord. This is not a future promise only for eternity. This is your reality in the kingdom of God today.
Jesus said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Therefore go…” (Matthew 28:18–19). You are not waiting for heaven to use that authority; you are living in the King’s dominion right now. You are seated with Him in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6) — even as your feet stand on this soil.
The enemy knows it. Creation feels it. Heaven backs it. You have the legal right in Christ to speak His name over every situation and see the power of His kingdom manifest.
So walk today as one who reigns with the King. The Lord speaks over your life: “My authority is yours. Use it.”
In short, — you’re not waiting for heaven to walk in authority. You carry it now. God has already seated you with Christ in heavenly places, and the name of Jesus — the name above every name — is on your lips today. When you speak in His name, heaven moves, hell trembles, and the earth shifts. You live in His kingdom now, speak it and act on it. The King has shared His throne with you — use it.
Ephesians 1: 18-23 (NKJV) the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come. And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.
