This is a story shared from someone who received a scarf as a gift from a long-time customer (and friend) of Dyed4you 🙂
Anyone who knows me knows that I do NOT like the color blue! So when I initially saw the pouch for “Free Indeed”; I was a little put off at first. I looked at it and thought …..”BLUE!? Blue, Lord!? Is this woman Meghan REALLY hearing from You?!!” I remember saying to The Lord in my head…..”I don’t think so, Lord! You know how much I LOVE (sarcasm) blue!”
But since Lisa had gone to the trouble to get it for me, I spread it out over the bench in church and stepped back to look at it. My mouth fell open in shock as I beheld in the scarf the clear night sky spread out before me! Tears came to my eyes as I said to The Lord that ONLY HE knew this! That I had as a child always loved the night sky and wanted to be an astronomer! Lisa had not known that, and Meghan had no way of knowing this either…BUT BY THE HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD!
The first time I worshipped The Lord with the veil; I wrapped it around me and danced and sang to Him….His presence was so strong……..I was just basking in His love and His glory…. It was a beautiful intimate time of fellowship with Him.
Then He spoke to me and said that He had chosen that color and pattern because He wanted to wrap me in His universe! My Jesus KNEW how much I loved the starry night sky that He created my veil to represent! One of my favorite Bible verses is “The heavens declare the Glory of God! The firmaments (STARS!) declare HIS HANDIWORK!!!!” (PSALM 19:1)
I was blown away that He would create this beautiful, intimate gift that could ONLY have come from Him! Meghan’s ministry is a blessing to God’s daughters!

Wow. Incredible story :o). I can relate to getting something or being disappointed at the “appearance” of something only to find God blowing my mind when I drug a little deeper. It never ceases to amaze me that God not only knows us, but He sometimes uses the very things we dislike to speak volumes! Love it!
Hahahaha!! LOVE her honesty! Just like Dawne said, we’ve all thought that about something, but it’s so cool how the Lord works things out & uses the least likely. The scarf is SO beautiful!!
How beautiful our God is and how great is His love that He lavishes on us. Even in ways we don’t expect.
I love the way He choses colors for us that at first puts us off and only when we step back do we realize its true meaning!
