A story from the woman I affectionately refer to as the “mother” of Dyed4you… she was the one who was sensing something about me and scarves back in the days I didn’t own one and didn’t like wearing them! LOL đ
I wanted to share a bit about the the glory flag. I don’t have it all together yet, but the jist of it is this.
When Dutch Sheets came to the Touhill last year (an auditorium at University of MO – St Louis), I was part of the team that flagged from up above in the balcony. A friend had let me borrow a glory flag from her flags that was from another flag vendor. I wielded that flag for at least an hour or more, releasing God’s glory into the atmosphere. When it was over, God impressed upon me that that was nice, but it wasn’t St Louis gateway region glory!
So I immediately asked Meghan to make a St Louis gateway region glory flag! It is incredible. Here’s the letter that came with the flag:
The colors in it are:
- White representing the beauty of Godâs holiness
- Gold representing glory
- Sage representing gentle restoration
- Amber representing flaming throne of God
- Light Olive representing fresh oil
- Harvest Orange representing whatâs been sowed in tears is reaped in joy
- Gold, Bronze and Copper shimmer representing the fires of testing
Itâs been prayed over and anointed with the Scent of Heavenâs Glory Drops, which is used by those who are pressing in and desiring to rest in His glory. Hereâs some more on this oil:
One day during church Carol (the woman who makes the oils) saw a vision of glory drops coming down on some of the people. She cried out to the Lord asking, âWhy arenât there more people being touched?â Some weeks later, the weatherman mentioned that there has to be a âdrawingâ below for the rain to come out of the clouds. The Lord immediately impressed upon her that we, likewise, need to be hungry and thirsty to be pure and holy, seeking for His glory so we can receive the glory drops. When enough of us create a sufficient drawing, His glory will fill the whole earth.
Glory Drops represents the essence of the Lord’s glory falling on those who have sought His holiness and drawn it out by hungering and thirsting for Him. Like in Luke 8:46 where the woman touched the hem of the Lord’s garment and He asked, “Who touched me?” – she drew the power out of Him.
In addition, they have rested in His peace and chosen to be soothed by the Lord’s awesome presence and are willing to pay the price to receive His awesome prize.
In the same way this silk embodies those same sentiments â it is all about the cost that has had to be paid for the fullness of Godâs glory to be manifest, but there is NO question that it is well worth the cost! So we continue to press in and receive the fullness of his restoration, fresh oil, and His gloryâŚ
Then when Dutch Sheets came back to Life Christian Center and talked about the Wilderness Outcry I asked God what I could do to get in on the anointing and he told me to flag the land. I asked the Murphy’s if I could flag the land with the glory flag and they said yes. Lots of prophetic things happened up to that point, including the “canceling” of the “event” but God still had me go flag the land!! The wind was strong and the glory flag flew from the high point over the valley, stirring up the waves into the heavenlies!
His purposes for this region haven’t changed. His glory is all over this region!
The flag is a special order 8mm crepe ~45×90″ – below is some video of the flag in action:

Wow! This is exactly what the Lord spoke to me to do on a certain parcel of land. I did it in part last weekend but really didn’t feel I’d satisfied the request. I love the term “flag the land”. The flag is awesome too. My glory flag isn’t near as pretty.
That flag is gorgeous especially against that blue sky. Praise God for the Glory in St. Louis!!
Wow! That last clip was cool! Loved the orange flad against the blue sky!!
the clip is fantastic! love the way the flag looked against the blue sky! simply wow!
Ok I’m rewatching this video and I’m crying :*-) And rereading about “Glory Drops” is so awesome! I like this testimony quite a bit.
