Who Will You Worship

I want to touch briefly on the topic of worship and praise.  Because this is the heart behind D4Y and you are all a part of D4Y I feel like it is VITAL that we are mindful of where we are giving our praise.  This is a repost from my personal blog.  I hope it blesses you. If you want to see more from the personal blog, I post on Dyed4you Ministries FB page when I post new ones – so feel free to like the page and set it to show in your news feed 🙂 Continue reading Who Will You Worship

FYI: Swing Flag Edge

Just wanted to give y’all a heads up!  When we order the silk for the swing flags, we don’t know if the yardage will have a woven selvedge or unwoven (those are the sides on the loom while the silk is being made).  On a couple of our recent batches it’s been an unwoven selvedge that include a white thread at the very edge that doesn’t take dye.   Continue reading FYI: Swing Flag Edge

Why it Matters Who Makes Your Flags

I am very particular not just the type of flags I use, but also by whom they are made. Obviously I have a love for the silks the Father births through me, but it occurred to me I might share why it matters who makes the flags you use.

Fur (Faux) Throw

We’ve added a new offering to our throws (aka prayer blankets). This snuggly throw is a super-soft, (faux) fur on one side and a heavy silk charmeuse on the other side that is custom dyed for you and comes with a letter with the word attached to it. The silk is prayed over and anointed just like any of our other silks. I LOVE mine! 😉 Continue reading Fur (Faux) Throw

Sabbath

I have to begin by confessing that I am still far more prone to being like Martha than like Mary. I’m very happy “doing” and listening to Him as I do.

Even after the long season I spent in Destiny Church’s Prayer Room being a Mary, I find my Martha tendencies raring to go and hovering just below the surface. I know I’m not alone in this. Now I don’t know about you, but He’s been showing me one place He wants me to get better: the Sabbath. Continue reading Sabbath

Comparing 3 Bigger Sized Quills

For those who are chomping at the bit to see the new sizes of quill flags, I put this together for you. I will create a more in-depth comparison when I have all 4 sizes, but in the meantime this helps you see the differences. For example the way the weight of the extra inches on the 45″ Quills gives a beautiful drape to the quill flags. Continue reading Comparing 3 Bigger Sized Quills

Word on Receiving

This is a video clip from the live streaming at my church, Passion for Truth. You’ll see a number of D4Y silks in this, most notably on Cheryl (my pastor’s wife) one of our worship leaders. In this clip (about 2:22 in), she shares a good word on receiving – I thought you’d be blessed by – I know I was! Continue reading Word on Receiving

PayPal Issues

As some of you already know, we’ve been having some difficulties with PayPal, as a result we can’t accept orders processed online at this time.  Words cannot express how sorry I am for the inconvenience to you all!  I am still able to take orders via card over the phone or you can mail in a check if you prefer.  I have set up a form to get the information I need from you for either type of transaction.
