“My” Room in OH ;)

It’s always fun to see how folks are inspired to display their Dyed4you silk and Dyed4you Art 🙂

Here Amanda has created a Dyed4you room complete with her beaded veil, several pairs of quills and even the Swept Away art piece that features a picture I did of her – it’s part of the Unbridled Passion series 🙂 Continue reading “My” Room in OH 😉

Granddaughter in Worship

Just a quick picture of Tami’s swing flag being put to good use by her granddaughter who was having a blast worshiping the Lord with it!  Please note the Dyed4you Art on the wall (here’s the testimony that went with the biggest piece) and the Dyed4you pillowcases on the bed 🙂

This is a Dyed4you room!!!  Continue reading Granddaughter in Worship

Resurrection Celebration

This is a fun story because there’s lots to share! It starts with a dance team in VT (Living Hope Christian Church) ordering 14×72 scarves to use as sashes and special order 8mm 45×108 silks that were divided in half with 2 flag seams added to make a pair. You saw video I made of one pair of the flags before I sent them out.

Even just from seeing my demo video the team gave an awesome response:

Perfect Gift for Mom

A sweet testimony about a gift a daughter got for her mom – it was a Dyed4you Art printcard of Wait Upon the Lord, a coordinating 14×72 scarf complete with gift bag, and the Scent of Heaven Wait Upon the Lord oil.

Today my mom unwrapped her anointed scarf!! Since we got it early in the mail – it has been a major temptation for us not to look at it, but we resisted and waited for her to open it today. What a dynamic word for her and for our family as a whole. Continue reading Perfect Gift for Mom

Speaking to the Depths of her Being

A beautiful scarf story from our teacher-friend who had the amazing Class of Scarves story last year.  I covet your prayers for my friend as well – I’m sure the Lord will direct them as you read her beautiful story below: Continue reading Speaking to the Depths of her Being

D4Y/D4Yart Treasure Chest

A friend of Dyed4you found a treasure chest at North Star Books, who sells both Dyed4you scarves and Dyed4you Art.  A fellow artist, she shared her experience with us:

God had me on a treasure hunt today and look what I found at North Star in Nampa, Idaho! The red scarf is the one you sent me, but the rest “I found”. Continue reading D4Y/D4Yart Treasure Chest

Holy Ghost Party

Amanda E called me after leaving this holiday party that the Holy Spirit commandeered – I was SO blessed to hear this story and am thrilled she’s taken the time to write it down to share with you all (with the permission of those who were present of course!). God is AMAZING! Continue reading Holy Ghost Party

Ohio Auction

About a month ago, Amanda Estep asked me if I’d pray about donate stuff for their silent auction for raising funds for their women’s retreat.  I ended up sending 5 printcards (the Beloved and Warrior series) and an 11×60 Deeper Waters scarf.  The auction was today and here’s what Amanda shared so far: Continue reading Ohio Auction

A Class of Scarves

This is a long scarf story that happened over a period of about 5 months (January to May – sorry it took me so long to post!).  It is so beautiful and I love and am amazed at how God moves.  Let me start at the beginning… it all started when Reyna (a teacher at a Christian school) contacted me wanting to get scarves for all the students in her praise dance class (as well as one for herself and her teacher’s assistant). God with a Sense of Humor

During the time I’ve been dyeing with God, I’ve found He often works in themes.  So during various seasons He may give the same word to more than one person and it’s the right word for both of them. I used to feel awkward about this, because I felt like people would somehow feel slighted by getting a word someone else got too. Over time I realized my obedience was more important and in the end what people want is the RIGHT word 🙂 Continue reading God with a Sense of Humor

Restoring Her Dance & Singing Over Her

A beautiful story of God restoring and encouraging!

I decided to get a scarf that I could wear just for prayer times or whenever. When I got my scarf in I was so excited.  My scarf is called Love Song and it was anointed with the Scent of Heaven’s Come Dance with Me. Continue reading Restoring Her Dance & Singing Over Her

Scarves & Art (Follow)

This story had me in tears – I love how God moves 🙂

So my first order from the continent of Asia had shipped and I’d dropped the young lady who’d ordered a note to let her know which scarf went with which person she’d bought a gift for — all I had was names and knew nothing about them. Continue reading Scarves & Art (Follow)
