Quills are one of the easiest flag products to use and this video gives a few moves that will work with either quill flags or quill wings (heck they’ll even work with some other products too!) 🙂 Continue reading Basics of Using Quills

How-To Pick YOUR Quill
I realized we were in need of an updated How-To Pick YOUR Quill post since we’ve added a bunch of sizes and renamed our sizing. All our current quill sizes are represented in this post with the exception of the mini (which you can see here).
Also some info has been expounded in other places like the Dowel vs Quill Wing Comparison and the Flag Comparison page (which compares 8 different flag products – quill flags and quill wings being 2 of the 8). I also have a quick how-to on using them. Continue reading How-To Pick YOUR Quill
Gatekeeper M Quills
A pair of M quills called Gatekeeper. This pair is intentionally mismatched and has the gradient going outside-in on one and inside-out on the other. Those of you who’ve been around since 2010 may remember watching Amanda worship with a full sized dowel wing in the Gatekeeper style – if you haven’t seen that, you’d likely enjoy it too (as well as the corresponding blooper) 😉 Continue reading Gatekeeper M Quills
Dowel vs Quill Wing Comparision
This is a portion of an older video that had some dated info in it (Flag Comparison page is the replacement for it), but this portion comparing dowel and quill wings is very helpful.
Please note the MW quill is about the same size as the altered wing I mention and the XLW quill is the same size as the “full size” wing. Continue reading Dowel vs Quill Wing Comparision
Boys DO worship
This is a beautiful story about a young fella using his mom’s M quill flag. You actually heard her testimony a little while back too! And if you’re like me, this story will prompt you to pray… I’ll share more on that at the end.
Last Dance from Feast of Trumpets Conference
This is last of the dances from Feast of Trumpets conference. You’ve seen the youth dance and (for lack of a better description) the grown up’s dance, now you get to see the PFT Angels (ie the kids) dance! You’ll see several streamers (two 4 yard ones which you’ve seen before and one special order 160″ one you’ve seen before also) as well as a special order 6 yard billow and a couple M quill flags – all that Dyed4you goodness mixed with some serious preciousness make this an enjoyable watch 😉 Continue reading Last Dance from Feast of Trumpets Conference
Youth Dance at Feast of Trumpets
This is a dance our youth put together for the Feast of Trumpets Conference this past weekend (you may remember I mentioned it). They did an AMAZING job and we were all SO proud – it was so powerful 🙂
They used a bunch of MR quills called The Blood and my hubby (the youth director) used his special order 8mm XL quills called Judgment. A great reminder the judgment of the Lord is perfect and brings freedom with the blood of the Lamb! Continue reading Youth Dance at Feast of Trumpets
Sealed MW Quills
Some of you may remember seeing Amanda dance with two mis-matched wings, one of which was in the Sealed style like these (if you haven’t seen it – trust me GO SEE IT!) and as much as I loved my Sealed wing – having it as an altered dowel wing wasn’t my favorite. So now to have them in MW Quills is like HEAVEN!!! Continue reading Sealed MW Quills
FYI: Quill Bags
I know I’ve said it before, but I thought it was worth repeating: quill bags are for protection purposes! The bags aren’t created to match, just to protect. The example below being a case in point 😉 Continue reading FYI: Quill Bags
Giant Quill
This is a quill my friend Nickol from Prophetic Worship Banners made me and I couldn’t help but share! This is called a Giant Quill and it is 70″ along the quill! And before you ask – yes – you can get a Dyed4you one as a special order item 😉 Continue reading Giant Quill
2XLR Quills
This is a fun special order item – a pair of 2XLR quill flags in the Come to Me style (which you’ve seen before in XLR)! These have a 55″ quill in them and when they move they remind me of a skirt twirling 🙂 Continue reading 2XLR Quills
Rainbow Quills
You may remember already having seen the Rainbow style in the L quill size (and in a streamer too!) – well today I’m sharing with you both in the XLR and M quill size 🙂 Continue reading Rainbow Quills
Introducing the MR Quills
Word cannot express how excited I am to introduce a new quill size that I am sure will quickly become a favorite… the MR (medium round) quills! One of the cool things about the MR Quills is that you can get either a pair OR a single 🙂 Continue reading Introducing the MR Quills
Lord of All the Earth XLR Quills
This is a pair of XLR quills called Lord of All the Earth, which you have seen before in my canopy 🙂
They are beautiful to look at and look wonderful in motion! Continue reading Lord of All the Earth XLR Quills
It Pays to Leave Comments!
Congrats to Ann Kelley who just won this pair of M Quill flags called Trained Hands (which you’ve seen before when Amanda did a beautiful dance with a pair)! As you know we encourage folks to leave comments (as well as subscribe) because we love to bless YOU – the Dyed4you Community with thank you gifts 🙂 Continue reading It Pays to Leave Comments!
8 yr-old with XLR Quills
Love this precious video of this young lady worshiping with a pair of XLR quills called Deep Calls Unto Deep (which you’ve seen before). This was her first time ever using quills and you can clearly see she is anointed to do it – as the friend who shared her quills with this young lady said, “God’s raising up a whole new generation of worshipers!” 🙂 Continue reading 8 yr-old with XLR Quills
Revelation of the Hidden Things LWH (8mm) Quills
This is a fun special order quill – it’s the LWH (large wing heavy, which means it’s in the 8mm weight) Quill. This pair is called Revelation of the Hidden Things. As you know I love MW Quills, but I thoroughly enjoyed using these slightly larger and heavier weight quill wings (that have a heavier quill)! The first video demos the wings and the second compares it to the MW Quills so you can see the difference. Continue reading Revelation of the Hidden Things LWH (8mm) Quills
2 yr old with S Quills
This is a compilation of several clips of my little 2 yr old friend with a pair of small (S) quill flags. This is the video I mentioned in the announcement about the new S quill size. The 2 short clips at the beginning are actually the 2nd time she’d ever used them, the last clip was the first time she’d ever used them and I believe the first time she had used a flag like that! You can tell she’s been watching her older sisters 😉 Continue reading 2 yr old with S Quills
Introducing S Quill Flags
It is with great pleasure I introduce small (S) quill flags! These flags have a serged edge and are approximately 30×35. They are lightweight and great for kids! This pair is called Set Like a Flint, which you’ve seen before in swing flags 🙂 Continue reading Introducing S Quill Flags
How-To Pick Which Flag is Best for You
I’ve been wanting to create a Flag Comparison page for a long while to make it easier for you to know which flag is right for YOU 🙂 This video compares 8 flagging products (listed below). Continue reading How-To Pick Which Flag is Best for You
